Caroline af Ugglas, Skandia Liv Bjorn Lind, SEB Fonder Orjan Hakanson, Chairman of Observer's Board of Directors, (convener of the committee)
The committee has amongst themselves appointed Orjan Hakanson Chairmain of the committee. Shareholders are welcome to contact any member of the Nominating Committee with suggestions, ideas and proposals for the constitution of the Board before the Annual General Meeting 2005.
