Editing to Begin on Soleil Film's 'All That I Need' for Entry in Time for Cannes Film Festival Competition


SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Jan. 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Soleil Film, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFLM) announced today that editing begins this week on its new reality documentary, "All That I Need." The post production team will be headed by John Laffery, Editor (Curly Sue, Uncle Buck), and includes Sound Designer Hans ten Broeke and Visual Effects Artist Jonah Tobias, the members of the post production team of the international hit documentary, "SuperSize Me." "All That I Need," a reality movie in the genre of "SuperSize Me," which grossed over $28 million in theatrical release worldwide, and "The Blair Witch Project," which grossed over $140 million, is produced by Hergott Productions Executive Producer Tarquin Gotch (Home Alone, Curly Sue). "Editing will begin this week and we expect to have the film completed by the March 18, 2005 deadline for entry in the Cannes Film Festival," according to Director, James Hergott. "Similar documentary films have done well in festival competitions. For example, 'SuperSize Me' won Best Picture at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival and 'Farenheight 9/11,' which grossed over $109 million domestically, won last year's Palm D'Or at Cannes."
