In this strategic relationship, Database Solutions will market the Reliability Edge, NetWorth Systems' proprietary IT network auditing tool to insurance companies in Canada and the United States. NetWorth Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of NetWorth Technologies, provides IT products and services to businesses.
The agreement also calls for NetWorth Systems to market Database Solutions' Agent Intelligence system in the U.S.
