BEEVILLE, Texas, Jan. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Brinkman Outdoors, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BKOU) announces Mr. Stephen Brinkman has resigned as Director and Senior VP, due to health and personal reasons. Mr. Brinkman states "he had major surgery last summer and hasn't fully recovered and wants to spend more time with his family and pursue his passion for fishing." Mr. Brinkman does intend to continue spending time field testing and creating new products for the company. Management has not named a replacement for Mr. Brinkman whose resignation was effective December 10, 2004.
