A.G. Media Makes Appearance on FOX Network's 'Renovate My Family Series'

A.G. Media Partners with Rocket Science Laboratories to Produce Segment of Popular Show

MONTREAL, Feb. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- A.G. Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMGJ) announced today its participation in FOX Network's "Renovate My Family" reality television series.

The "Renovate My Family" television series is not just a home-improvement show -- it's a life improvement program that visits families who have encountered some challenge along the way. Whether it is weight issues, physical disabilities or a home that is crumbling, the show purposes to get families back on track and help them forge ahead toward their goals. A panel of makeover professionals -- a stylist, an interior designer, a construction crew, and even experts to re-invent cars and pets -- will help restore and redecorate the lives of families in need. Each episode introduces a new family and chronicles the various steps and outcome of the "renovation".

A.G. Media was approached by Rocket Science Laboratories, the production company behind the series, to provide strategic consult and product for an upcoming episode that will feature a Gospel segment. The episode, which is being filmed this winter, will highlight the Martin Family and feature Sony Urban & Gospel recording artist, Kim Burrell. Ms. Burrell will host the Martin family at her church, the Greater St. Stephen Baptist Church in Houston, Texas.

"We are very glad to be a part of this exciting FOX project," stated Richard Picart, A.G. Media's COO. He continued, "Reaching an estimated audience of 10-12 million viewers per episode, this affiliation with FOX Broadcasting and Rocket Science Laboratories will provide A.G. Media with significant brand positioning."

"Renovate My Family" is aired on the FOX Network and will soon begin its 2005 season. Please check your local listings for time and schedule or the FOX web site at http://www.fox.com.
