Her background and experience provide her with the ability to align business processes with customer needs. Gail has over 20 years experience in the high tech industry with many years as a customer advocate from the customer, manufacturer and vendor perspective. As a member of Nortel Network's global customer value management team, received the American Productivity and Quality Center award for two consecutive years for best Customer Value practices cross-industry. Gail has extensive experience integrating customer value with Malcolm Baldridge, Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma.
As Vice President, Customer Relations, Gail's responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, expanding customer value programs, driving winning business strategies thereby increasing customer retention and revenue.
