DeMarco Energy Systems of America Engages Church-Devoe and Associates to Prepare the Company's Financial Statements

OXFORD, Miss., March 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- DeMarco Energy Systems of America (Pink Sheets:DMES) announced today it has engaged the professional accounting firm of Church-Devoe and Associates. This engagement is part of the company's activities to complete its SEC qualified audit and re-list its common stock on the OTCBB. Earlier this year, the company announced its growth by acquisition strategy which seeks to consolidate synergistic and revenue enhancing companies into DeMarco and to continuously introduce new energy-related technologies and energy-related products into the marketplace.

Anthony Welch, Chairman of DeMarco Energy and Modern Technology Corp (OTCBB:MOTG) added: "We are working toward full-compliance with SEC reporting requirements and to re-list our stock on the OTCBB. In addition to our audit activities, we are focusing on acquiring several companies with both revenues and assets related to energy and conservation. We see 2005 as a breakthrough year for the company. We have already placed $1.5 million in debt into friendly hands by the purchase of our largest convertible debenture by Modern Technology Corp."

DeMarco Energy is on a rapid growth and expansion track based upon re-listing its stock on the OTCBB, rapid revenue growth, elimination, restructuring and subordination of all debt, marketing its patented geothermal technology, and seeking acquisitions congruent with energy conservation and supporting industries. This strategy lays the groundwork for consistent introduction of energy-related technologies and rapid revenue growth for DeMarco.
