WILMINGTON, Del., March 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- m-Wise, Inc. (OTCBB:MWIS), a leading technology provider of mobile content solutions for operators, ASPs and content providers, reported a successful takeoff rate today for the first U.S.-based mobile entertainment service launched on the m-Wise platform. The platform is now connected to premium billing accounts of several U.S. mobile operators including Cingular, AT&T and T-Mobile. Connectivity to Sprint PCS is expected in the near future. The content available to subscribers includes ring tones, pictures, games and video files all from a catalogue of 1000's of top quality content items.

m-Wise is supplying its Service Delivery Platform (SDP) Content Management and Delivery Platform as a fully hosted service including the management of all content and delivery to U.S.-based subscribers and the management and deployment of billing over premium SMS.

As of today, after only three weeks in the market, over 10,000 U.S. users accessed the service and requested downloads. According to the projections of marketing partner, based on the current conversion rates of advertising and user acquisition, by the end of this year a target of over 50,000 customers will be achieved.

In this model the end user is charged a fixed monthly fee, billed by premium SMS through m-Wise billing engine, to receive weekly updated content straight to his handset.
