Software International Announces Sat Karakoti, New VP of Information Technology


SOMERSET, N.J., March 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Software International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SWII), an innovative provider of business solutions, value management, application development services and information technology (IT) consulting, today announced that Sat Karakoti has joined Sii in the position of Vice-President, of Information Technology and Implementation Services. "Sat brings more than 13 years of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), product definition and implementation experience. Sat has a proven track record in managing and engineering strategic technology direction focused on end users experience," said Software International Chairman and President, Suneel Sawant.

Most recently, Sat served as software development manager of Delphi Technology, Inc. (dti), a provider of information technology to the risk and insurance industry. Prior, Sat served as a software development consultant to companies in the Hospitality, Telecommunication, Banking, Financial and Insurance industries.

As Vice President of IT and Implementation Services, Sat now has responsibility to prepare strategic plans for IT that aligns business objectives with IT strategies. Sat will also be responsible for managing pre and post sales applications and service support teams
