E-Direct Inc. was spun off from Atlantis in January of 2005, each shareholder of Atlantis received 2 shares of E-Direct Inc. for every one share owned of Atlantis. The letter from the NASD was received on March 24th, 2005 and had 5 comments. Those comments are being answered expeditiously and expect to have them submitted to the NASD by April 8th, 2005. Atlantis will continue to update its shareholders as to E-Direct's progress in this matter.
