STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Maria Berggren has been recruited as the new Vice President Human Resources at Biovitrum. Maria will be a member of the senior management team and will report directly to CEO Mats Pettersson. She will assume the post on July 1, 2005.
"Maria has broad experience of work on personnel matters, from day-to-day personnel work to management development and change processes, and will bring valuable additional expertise to Biovitrum's management," said CEO Mats Pettersson.
Maria will be joining Biovitrum from Capgemini Sverige AB, where she is employed as People Relationship Manager for Technology Services. As a member of the management team, Maria is responsible for human-resources issues for the organization's 850 employees. Maria began her career in 1986 at Ericsson, where she held various senior human-resources positions over a period of ten years, including at Ericsson Data AB, Ericsson Business Networks AB and the Enterprise Networks division. Before being employed by Capgemini Sverige AB in 2001, Maria had her own business and worked as a consultant in human resources and management development.
