Soleil Film Announces 75% Equity Interest Increase In Highly Anticipated Feature Film Debuting At Cannes Film Market


SANTA BARBARA, Calif., May 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Soleil Film, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFLM) announced today that it has increased its stake in the highly anticipated feature film, "All That I Need," by 75%, from its original 20% to 35%. "We are extremely pleased about the opportunity to acquire an increased equity share in the feature," commented CEO, Kenneth Eade, "and are even more pleased that major distributors have confirmed they will be attending the screening of the film at the Cannes Film Festival next month".

"All That I Need", a reality documentary movie in the spirit of "SuperSize Me," which grossed more than $28 million in theatrical release worldwide and "The Blair Witch Project", which grossed more than $140 million, is produced by Hergott Productions; Executive Producer, Tarquin Gotch ("Home Alone", "Curly Sue").

Newmarket Films ("The Passion of the Christ"), Fox, Roadside Attractions ("Super Size Me"), Avex Entertainment, and Think Film Co. are among the distributors who will be in attendance. Warner Bros., subsidiary of Time Warner, Inc., Paramount Pictures, subsidiary of Viacom, Inc., Sony Pictures Classics, Lightning Entertainment, and SPG Home Video are among those who have requested a pre-screening.
