Soleil Film's First Feature Film 'All That I Need' Receives Pre-Screening Review from Paramount


CANNES, France, May 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Soleil Film, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFLM) announced today that its reality feature film, "All That I Need" has been screened by Paramount (Pictures) Classics, a subsidiary of Viacom, Inc. and was hailed as "incredible material," comparable to "Lord of the Flies". Although Paramount chose not to purchase distribution rights for the film, Susan Wrubel, Vice President of Acquisitions and Co. Productions for Paramount commented, "you have something interesting here, with some incredible material. I'm sure you will be able to sell this film at Cannes, just on concept alone."

Kenneth Eade, CEO of Soleil Films commented on the feedback: "While Paramount elected not to pick up the film, the feedback we have received from them was wholly positive". He added, "attendance is also filling up for the two Cannes screenings. We just added IFC Films (subsidiary of Cablevision Systems to the roster, along with Odeon films. Things are shaping up quite nicely."

"All That I Need", Soleil Film's reality movie, is being screened for the first time at the Cannes Film Festival this month. Distributors such as, Newmarket Films ("The Passion of the Christ"), Fox, subsidiary of News Corp., Roadside Attractions ("Super Size Me"), Avex Entertainment, and Think Film Co. are among the distributors who have confirmed attendance. Warner Bros., subsidiary of Time Warner, Inc., Sony Pictures Classics, Lightning Entertainment, and SPG Home Video are among those who have requested a pre-screening.
