Vision Works Media Group Inc. Appoints Erik Moe Erikson General Manager


ORLANDO, Fla., May 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VWMG) announces that Erik Moe Erikson has been appointed General Manager of Vision Works Media Group, Inc. As a Pay-Television industry veteran Erickson will manage daily operations of the new television channel in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Erikson has been a well-respected member of the pay-TV community for nearly two decades. His professional credits include starting his career at HBO's Direct Broadcast division. He left HBO when he was recruited by Hughes Communications, Inc. to establish the distribution and manage the launch of DIRECTV in the United States. After the success of DIRECTV's domestic launch of service, he was recruited by the DIRECTV Latin America partnership (Hughes, Cisneros Television Group, Grupo Abril, and MVS Multivision Mexico) to launch DIRECTV in Latin America. Mr. Erikson left DIRECTV when he was recruited to serve as the COO of Ethnic-American Broadcasting Company, an international television and radio station group, based in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

The office is 4100 sq. ft. and will serve the company as corporate offices. The location is one block from Church Street Station, a downtown Orlando tourist attraction, and picturesque site for filming.

The mission of Vision Works Media Group, Inc. is to expose the works of independent filmmakers and artists to the greatest number of viewers by taking New Screen TV to additional pay-TV distributors, cable.
