Atlantis Business Development Corporation Subsidiary 727 Communications Opens for Business

MIAMI, May 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Atlantis Business Development Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:ABDE) announced today that 727 Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary, is open for business. 727's readiness is thanks, in part, to the long-awaited connection of 727 to XO's backbone. With the successful connection of 727 to XO's backbone now complete, 727 has initiated solicitation of new contracts for the sale of wholesale minutes to customers. 727 has already generated revenues from these initial solicitations--having received payments on a $2.4 million contract with E-Direct, Inc.--and a continued stream of revenue from 727 is anticipated.
