Raven Moon Signs Partnership Agreements with 10 TV Stations for Direct Response Revenue Campaign


ORLANDO, Fla., May 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that they have signed 10 Direct Response agreements with stations to promote its GINA D'S KIDS CLUB DVDs. The partnership agreements with the stations will allow Raven Moon to advertise and sell its GINA D'S KIDS CLUB DVDs at no up-front cost while giving the company 75% of the net revenue generated from the sale of product.

The "Gina D" Direct Response advertisements will be airing in Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Denver, Indianapolis, New Orleans, and Honolulu, among others.

"The stations airing our Direct Response ads are also stations that are currently airing the GINA D'S KIDS CLUB program on a weekly basis. This is a great way for both Raven Moon and its station partners to generate direct response revenue until the 'Gina D' in-store retail licensing takes off," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon CEO.

Raven Moon is currently selling advertising through its New York-based advertising agency, TVI Media who expects to continue selling advertising on behalf of Raven Moon Entertainment on a monthly basis. Raven Moon Entertainment is projecting approximately $450,000 in advertising revenue for 2005 and $1.6 million in advertising revenue for 2006. These projections are based upon industry standards and increases in ratings over time.

GINA D'S KIDS CLUB is a weekly half-hour series for preschool aged children that have launched 18 half-hour original episodes in over 145 markets nationwide. Taking up where Mr. Rogers left off, Gina D invites children to join her in a familiar yet highly imaginative 3D reality world filled with original songs, state-of-the-art animation, puppets and live action characters. Created by Emmy Award-winning veteran children's TV producers Joey and Bernadette DiFrancesco, GINA D'S KIDS CLUB is a family friendly show which provides educational content in an original and entertaining format that inspires children while reinforcing positive values.
