STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Industrivarden has acquired another 1,918,400 SCA B and sold 600,000 SCA B put options "over the counter."
Industrivarden's total holding thus amounts to 16,982,000 SCA A and 6,566,060 SCA B, including the 600,000 put options, corresponding to 29.5% of the votes and 10.0% of the capital in the company.
