NEW YORK, July 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Care Recruitment Solutions International, Inc. ("ABPR.PK") announced today that it had completed a reverse merger into Abcor Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ABPR).
The Company plans to change the name of Abcor Products, Inc. to CRSI Group, Inc. and apply for a new ticker symbol.
