Labwire Appoints New Independent Member to Board of Directors


HOUSTON, July 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Labwire Inc. (Pink Sheets:LBWR), an Employment Management Solutions provider, announces that Travis Brunner has joined the Company's Board of Directors as an independent member. Mr. Brunner brings over fifty years of executive-level engineering and management experience in the Oil & Gas industry to the Labwire team.

Mr. Brunner currently serves as Business Manager for Oilexec International, a worldwide executive search group for the Oil & Gas industry. After beginning his career with Halliburton Services where he served as Field Engineer advancing to Division General Manager, he moved on to become a Development Engineer with the Special Products Division of Conoco Oil Company. Mr. Brunner also served as President and Principal for Apex Engineering, a company providing innovative process design and debottlenecking for the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.

John Maring joined the Board of Directors in October of 2004 and brings several years of experience in the finance and banking industries. He is currently the Chairman and Director of a regional bank.
