("The Company") (Pink Sheets:MAEN), http://www.maisonetteworld.com, is pleased to announce that further to its previously announced press release on June 30th on the U.K. operations of its U.K. subsidiary Maisonette Online plc., the Company is in the process of selecting all products to be purchased for sale on its online retail site www.mymaisonette.com in the United Kingdom.
Further more, the Company's Canadian subsidiary, Maisonette Home Products, Ltd. met with a private developer in the United Kingdom in regards to its sale of panelized prefabricated homes, announced in the Company's press release of June 16th, 2005. The Company is contemplating a partnership through its Canadian and U.K. subsidiaries which will give it a National exposure in the United Kingdom and will bundle its housing products sold by Maisonette Home Products, Ltd. with Maisonette Online plc's house-wares as one package. The U.K. developer is to come to Canada to view examples of existing built homes and is expected to place an initial order for delivery in 2006 in the U.K. The partnership will develop a set of packages and is contemplating selling them through wholesale and retail channels. Further reports will be issued as the Company makes progress in that regard.
