 WHY:      The workshop will provide informative
           presentations on how local small businesses can
           participate in the contracting and procurement
           programs at the Port of Houston Authority, the City
           of Deer Park, the Deer Park ISD and the Deer Park
           Chamber of Commerce. Admission is free and open to
           the public. Several hundred small business owners
           and/or representatives are expected to attend. To
