A.G. Media Group's New Service for Faith-Based Community to Generate $3 Million in Annual Revenue


MONTREAL, Aug. 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- A.G. Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMGJ) announced today the development of a compelling new communications product targeted to the millions of consumers within the faith-based community.

The product, called PrayerMail(r), consists of a combination of web-based e-mail and SMS components and enables large mega-churches to quickly and efficiently disseminate information, announcements and keep their members informed of events on a timely basis as well as foster interaction within the church community. The new service will address the specific needs of these large churches, having user bases of 2,000 people or more, who typically host a multitude of social, recreational, and aid ministries and require extensive interpersonal communication. The PrayerMail(r) service will be offered to these churches for distribution to their members and A.G Media will derive its revenue mainly through an advertising model. Considering the millions of users the service is expected to aggregate and the pronounced shift in marketers' advertising spending to acquire family-friendly audiences and consumers, the Company projects the new product to generate over $3 million dollars in annual revenue.

In addition to targeting churches, The PrayerMail(r) service will also serve as a globally centralized communication medium for the millions of individuals who regularly use e-mail to send prayer requests, devotionals and share faith-related experiences on a daily and ongoing basis. This market alone presents a large opportunity. According to a recent study published by the Pew Internet and American Life Project, 38% of the 128 million U.S. Internet users have sent and received e-mail containing spiritual content. A.G. Media will position the PrayerMail(r) as the de facto e-mail communication service for this large consumer base.
