Raven Moon Markets Gina D's Kids Club to Commercial Stations to Help Meet FCC Standards

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVMN) is pleased to announce that a study by the company's advisors stated that GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(r) was determined to meet Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) standards for educational and informational programming for children.

"In accordance with the Federal Communications Commission definition of educational and informational programming as 'any programming that furthers the positive development of the child in any respect, including the child's cognitive/intellectual or emotional needs.' Gina D's Kids Club clearly meets the criteria for being considered educational programming for children," stated Dr. Mary Beth Leidman.

The FCC evaluation was completed by two prominent educators, Dr. Mary Beth Leidman and Dr. Janice K. Battenberg and will be used to market the program to commercial stations. Raven Moon Entertainment generates advertising revenues from Gina D's Kids Club(r) and consequently benefits from increasing numbers of stations airing the program.

In accordance with the Federal Communications Commission definition, Dr. Leidman wrote that the Gina D's Kids Club(r) programs have clearly "been developed and produced as an educational vehicle designed to help young children further develop their self image, social skills, math readiness and reading readiness."

In a separate evaluation Dr. Janice K. Battenberg wrote: "The information and skills conveyed by Gina D and her friends can easily contribute to enhancing the core educational programming needs of our nation's children as required by the 1990 Children's Television Act and the FCC's 1996 enforcement rules."

Meeting FCC requirements for commercial television stations is a significant marketing advantage that also benefits Raven Moon Entertainment's revenue stream. Recently Role Entertainment's Chairman Len Koch announced an aggressive stance to syndicate the program for its second season. "We just picked up three major digital network affiliate stations in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco and intend to pick up more," stated Chairman Koch
