The former CIA Director under presidents Clinton and Bush will be speaking following a reception and dinner on October 20th, at the opening of the Company's 1st Annual Shareholder Meeting.

The Shareholder Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 21st, at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, where shareholders will be electing the board of directors.
