Executive Hospitality Corp. Expands Operations at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport


FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Executive Hospitality Corp.(Pink Sheets:EHPC) announced today that its Executive Restaurant Group subsidiary had begun its planned expansion program at its "Joseph's & Joey's" restaurant, catering and entertainment complex located at the Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The expansion will include renovations to the existing outdoor dining and entertainment area, relocation of the stage area, and construction of additional rest room facilities and an outdoor barbeque kitchen.

When completed, the outdoor concert and dancing pavilion will have a capacity of over 1000, in addition to the indoor restaurant which has a capacity of 500 on two levels. National recording acts are presently being scheduled for a winter concert and entertainment series which will begin in late November. Additional facility improvements, including expanded catering operations and introduction of in-flight gourmet catering to the Airport's general aviation tenants and fixed-base operators, are planned for early 2006.
