ActiveCore's DisclosurePlus Division First to Offer Integrated SEDAR Push Technology

TORONTO, Oct. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ActiveCore Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ATVE), a Company that operates a group of subsidiaries and divisions in the U.S., U.K. and Canada that offer a Smart Enterprise Suite of products, is pleased to announce DisclosurePlus, a wholly owned ActiveCore subsidiary, has introduced "SEDAR Push" and "Whistleblower IR". These two innovative new products have been added to the DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) suite of products, which provides a turn-key solution for ensuring regulatory compliance for publicly traded companies.

DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) is an electronic disclosure website solution for public companies that provides corporations with a fully integrated online communications package. It is designed to reduce corporate liability through a best practices approach to compliance, disclosure and governance for investor communications.

DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) developed Whistleblower IR in response to and in conjunction with Canadian regulation MI 52-110 and the U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Whistleblower IR (Incident Reporter) facilitates the anonymous reporting, by employees, of corporate malfeasance and company misconduct. "This is an important service for public companies and their shareholders," said Dean Peloso, DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) President. "Those with knowledge of wrongdoing must be encouraged to come forward and at the same time be protected. This benefits companies and their directors by enabling them to comply with the relevant legislation and by reducing their exposure to the huge liabilities incurred by companies like Enron."

Whistleblower IR is used primarily by employees to make an anonymous report of suspected wrong doing within their company. All reports are instantly submitted to the designated member(s) of the Audit Committee who are responsible and liable for investigating and dealing with such complaints. Since launching Whistleblower IR in September, approximately 25 companies have signed up for the service.

"At DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm), we are absolutely committed to helping companies manage their regulatory burden -- our products were designed specifically for that purpose," Peloso goes on to say, "later this quarter 'SEDAR Push' will go live with various customers."

The Canadian Securities Administrators, in National Instrument 51-201, requires that Canadian public companies make copies of all of their SEDAR filings available on their own corporate website.

In response, DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) developed SEDAR Push, an innovative solution that completely manages this requirement for companies. It automatically updates a company's website with all filings as they are filed. The solution ensures that filings are properly sorted, separated and displayed independently. "Incomplete disclosure is just as bad as poor disclosure, but with SEDAR Push, companies are never out of date or out of synch and no one at the company needs to manage the process," said Peloso.

A number of public companies have adopted DisclosurePlus solutions since the company's launch in 2004. The most notable client is RioCan (http://www.RioCan.com), Canada's largest real estate investment trust, which was awarded with the Corporate Governance Award based on the adoption of the DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) product for its investor relations website.

"We are committed to timely, accessible and transparent disclosure," says Robert Wolf, Vice President and CFO of RioCan, Canada's largest real estate investment trust with total assets of about $4.1 billion. "We selected DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) because of its 'innovative simplicity' for web-based communications," he says. "The self-operating content management system allows our executives in real time to communicate our material disclosure and governance policies to the investment community at large," Wolf says. "We have received positive feedback from RioCan unitholders and the investment community about the clarity and ease-of-use in the DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) architecture and navigational system," he adds.

ActiveCore President & CEO Peter Hamilton stated, "We believe that Whistleblower IR and SEDAR Push are incredibly innovate products which fulfill a definite need. New securities regulations are making reporting requirements even stricter, and DISCLOSUREPLUS(tm) has positioned itself as being more relevant than ever as it addresses these growing concerns." Mr. Hamilton went on to say, "We believe that these new innovate components will lead to greater market share as compliance is mandatory."
