The Company is pleased to announce that it has purchased another 4,500,000 shares in Spectre Technology Corporation at founder level in addition to its initial purchase made on July 22nd, 2005. The Company now owns 25% of Spectre issued and outstanding shares. Spectre is a profitable company, with over US$2,000,000 in processed transactions since inception in April 2005. Spectre is planning to increase processing revenues up to US$10 Million by the end of 2006. In addition, Spectre is undergoing registration procedures for a listing in the OTC:BB and should be trading by mid- 2006. Spectre plans to grow through organic growth and acquisitions in the next coming years.
