PCS Edventures! Announces Academy of Science Deployment

BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PCS Edventures! (OTCBB:PCSV) today announced the successful completion of the professional development phase of the $200,000 Academy of Science implementation into the Meridian, Idaho Joint School District. Deployed into classrooms in seven separate Middle School locations, the program was selected for its unique hands-on approach, portability, and overall effectiveness in conveying scientific principles through engaging, exciting activities.

Doug Thompson, President of Technical Training Systems (TTS), the authorized agency for PCS products in Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah said, "The training component went very smoothly, with the overall goal being to impress upon the teachers how easy the materials are to use, right out of the box. We definitely accomplished that and there was a lot of enthusiasm about how this is going to improve science education in Meridian. In addition, based on the success of this initial implementation, we are already talking about additional implementations into multiple districts throughout the entire state of Idaho, some of whom attended the training."

"Our teachers were excited and impressed with the ease of use of the AOS materials," said Suanne McCullough, Meridian Joint school Districts Instructional Support Specialist-Coordinator of Science, Health and Gifted Programs. "Our goal is to provide our teachers with powerful teaching aids that enable them to do a more effective job in less time, and these kits are a great solution to that end."

The PCS Academy of Science (AOS) offers a full Basel curriculum in Physical science aligned with National Science Standards. The AOS has a unique advantage over traditional textbook companies as it combines hands-on activities facilitated by special apparatus that are designed to clearly and quickly convey scientific principles to students.
