TORONTO, Dec. 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ActiveCore Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ATVE), a Company that operates a group of subsidiaries and divisions in the U.S., U.K. and Canada that offer a Smart Enterprise Suite of products, is pleased to announce that it has introduced VideoCAST(tm), a revolutionary new video/email product with incredible commercial and marketing applications.

VideoCAST merges the simplicity and convenience of regular email with the power of video, without the recipient having to download any attachments or install any special software.

This new zero click technology, moves beyond text and HTML email by utilizing an innovative method of embedding video into email. Developed by ActiveCast's in-house development team, the video is sent as a high quality, high compression, yet non-streaming email. All the recipient has to do is point their cursor on the video screen and the video will start playing instantly.

A sample of this technology can be sent to individual email addresses by visiting http://activecore.com/videocast/.

The benefits of this new product are numerous and it solves many of the problems faced by other commercial and marketing email applications. In addition, VideoCAST, as compared to streaming video, allows for better quality video and begins immediately without having to wait for buffering time. The VideoCAST video can also be accessed when offline and works with all major email programs.

ActiveCore CEO Peter Hamilton stated, "We are very excited about this breakthrough in email technology and believe the potential applications for such are product are extensive." We already have several new clients contracted to use this product."

ActiveCore's Corporate Disclosure and Messaging (CDM) division President, George Theodore added, "This unique technology gives us the ability to bring e-marketing to a new level. We have generated tremendous interest in the e-marketing industry, and the product has received great reviews from industry peers who see us enhancing existing campaigns that currently use streaming video. We have recently engaged several political parties in Canada for use in the upcoming Canadian federal election. We are also in continued negotiations with several U.S.-based ISPs who are excited about the applications and possibilities of VideoCAST and expect to announce substantial new deals in the first half of 2006."
