Ms. Brouns will develop and implement strategies for growing Precept's client base by building the Precept reputation and brand for the Northern California employer community, as well as fortifying and maintaining existing client relationships. Her other responsibilities include benefit plan design, funding, communication, management and administration consultation.

Her expertise includes: project management; client relations and carrier coordination; strategic plan design and implementation; as well as negotiations and vendor implementations.
