InterAge Completes Third Stage of Tsunami Victims Project

Critical Elements Completed in This $22M Web-Based Information Project

CESAREA, Israel, Dec. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it has successfully completed the third stage of the Tsunami Victims project that was awarded to the Company by the United Nations earlier this year.

InterAge is the leading company spearheading the UN-sponsored Tsunami victims project which is a project totaling over $22 million. The third stage has been the most critical and time-consuming because of the detailed elements and functions that were called for in the design and systems analysis.

The objective of the UN-sponsored Tsunami victims' project is to create a web-based information management system to provide optimal opportunities for identification of Tsunami victims, both dead and injured, and to allow every user of the system around the world to enter up to date information and to confirm identification of victims. InterAge is the lead company from various world-based companies involved with this project.

Kobi Freund, CEO of InterAge, says, "We are ecstatic to not only be involved in a project of such magnitude, but to lead it. We believe that this project both confirms that we are a world leader with respect to our field of expertise and our lead role also affords the company the credentials to move forward to bigger projects and compete with the corporate giants of the world." Mr. Freund continued, "We have put state-of-the-art technology into this project. This has been a monumental task and we are now beginning to see many of the pieces come into place."

InterAge built the complex database tables that will be the foundation for storing and searching information on victims, not only of the Tsunami, but also of other disasters. In addition, the Company developed a sophisticated search engine that is capable of handling queries that are simply indications of actual details on a victim, such as 'Last seen.' InterAge also developed the data input system.

"We are meeting our objectives on time," continues Freund. "This is a 16 month project that requires integration with our partners, making it that much more complex. With almost a year behind us, we are very pleased with the group's progress and look forward to completing the next stage."
