MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich., Jan. 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peoples State Bank, a subsidiary of PSB Group, Inc. (OTCBB:PSBG), announced the promotions of Ryan Kroge, Diane Toarmino and Amal Agini. The announcement was made by Robert L. Cole, President and CEO.
Ryan Kroge was promoted to Assistant Vice President, and continues to be Small Business Sales Manager; he is based at the bank's Madison Heights office on 14 Mile near John R Road. Kroge has worked in this position at Peoples State Bank since May of 2005.
Kroge, a Macomb County resident, is the liaison between branch managers and the commercial loan department and will drive the small business lending function. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Oakland University.
Diane Toarmino was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Business Relationship Officer. Previously she was Business Relationship Manager, and continues to be based out of the bank's Sterling Heights office on Metropolitan Parkway near Ryan Road. She also oversees the St. Clair Shores office and the office inside VG's Food Center on Ryan Road near 18 Mile Road. Toarmino is a member of the Sterling Heights Chamber of Commerce.
Toarmino, a Macomb County resident, will be responsible for the profitability of the branch through the development of business relationships with current and new customers. Toarmino has worked in this position at Peoples State Bank since April of 2005.
Amal Agini was promoted to Business Relationship Officer, previously she was Branch Manager at the bank's 12 Mile and Gloede office in Warren; she continues to work out of this office. She is an active member of the Central Macomb Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the LBN Networking group. Agini has worked at Peoples State Bank in this position since May of 1998.
Agini, a Macomb County resident, will be responsible for the profitability of the branch through the development of business relationships with current and new customers. In her new role, Agini will be working closely with local business owners to better assure that Peoples State Bank meets all their financial service needs including assisting them with obtaining business credit needs.
