PCS Edventures! Announces Additional Middle East Programs

BOISE, Idaho, Feb. 8, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today PCS Edventures! (OTCBB:PCSV) announced additional sales and installations of its learning lab programs into Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The deployments included its Academy of Robotics(tm), Academy of Electronics(tm), physics and chemistry simulation packages, BrickLab(r), and its proprietary Edventures In Robotics Challenge (ERC) series. The programs, which were government funded, are being installed in the Jeddah Technology Center and the Al Andalous School in Saudi Arabia, as well as select locations in Egypt as determined by the new Egyptian Minister of Education. These installations are in addition to the World Bank funded ECE project in the Middle East previously announced by PCS Edventures!, which is expected to begin in February 2006.

PCS Learning Lab solutions offer a comprehensive technological literacy solution that takes students from technology basics to advanced engineering and robotics competence. In addition, these remarkable solutions enhance and reinforce traditional academics and result in significant gains in test scores. Joe Egusquiza, PCS International Sales Manager, said, "It is very exciting to see the continued expansion of our programs into the Middle East. We are building significant brand awareness now throughout the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and other nearby countries. These areas are traditionally a very slow market to develop, but once established, we think they will prove to be very lucrative."

Mohammed Yasser Refai, Managing Director of PCS Middle East, who recently completed a PCS preschool professional development series with an all-girl school in Saudi Arabia, said, "Educators and administrators from all of the countries I have been working with are excited to begin adopting PCS project based learning methods. It is the future of our educational system, and these most recent installations will be followed by more sales in the very near future." He continued, "It is exciting to me that the PCS programs are popular enough that some of the countries are not waiting for the ECE to begin deploying these Learning Labs."
