MANALAPAN, N.J., Feb. 22, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- AccountAbilities, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ACTB) announced today that it executed on the purchase of the operating assets of EXP Staffing. EXP Staffing provides professional accounting and financial staff to a multitude of Florida companies. EXP Staffing's operations are based in Orlando, Florida.

This acquisition of the operating assets of EXP Staffing builds upon AccountAbilities platform in the Professional Staffing and Accounting/Financial fields. Commenting on the acquisition, Allan Hartley, President of AccountAbilities stated, "The completion of the acquisition is in accordance with our plans to solidify our position in the Accounting /Financial staffing placements arena. Management from EXP Staffing will not only build their business going forward but will help AccountAbilities build our business model in this sector as well."

AccountAbilities expects the revenues from EXP to exceed $2 million in 2006.
