Wataire Industries, Inc. Announces Mexican Distributor Orders Second Container and Research and Developement Update

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wataire Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:WTAF), an international company focusing on developing and delivering technology-based water harvesting systems worldwide, is pleased to announce confirmation of order for a second container of WII 4010 atmospheric water generators to Mexico. Wataire Industries has received initial payment for the second container and is immediately preparing the order for shipment. Wataire's distributor Tecno Alta Distribuicion (Tecno Alta) in Mexico has opened two offices (Mexico City and Cancun Quintana Roo) to initiate their marketing strategy. As part of their ongoing efforts Tecno Alta has also registered for the Cancun hotel and restaurant tradeshow on June 6, 2006 as well as the Enviro-Pro 2006 show to be held in September of 2006.

Company president Mr. P. Fraser stated, "The company is very pleased with the aggressive strategy Tecno Alta has commenced to market our products. Tecno Alta is leading the way to become a template business model for other distributors to follow in the future."

Wataire Industries Inc. is also pleased to announce that the R&D department has completed design specifications for the new commercial/industrial Model CI-7500 water generator. This unit is engineered to generate up to 7500 liters per day (about 2000 US gallons) of clean water at the standard temperature of 26.7 degrees centigrade and 60% relative humidity. Energy consumption is projected to be from .25 to .35 Kwh/liter which will vary upon conditions at geographical locations. The water harvesting efficiency rate of the new design will be similar to the companies other designs ranging from 45-59% of available moisture. The air flow velocity through the "water making module" will be 450 feet per minute with the entire system handling 21,600 cubic feet of air per minute through its electrostatic air filter system. The final design (34'X8'X8') will enable the entire unit to fit into one 40' shipping container for easy relocation in the event they are needed for disaster relief or other global emergencies.

Wataire's R and D Department has also developed computer software WFASTT (water from air software tool (TM) which enables the company to project water production, energy cost per liter and efficiency annually in any location in the world. This software can be utilized in minutes to determine the efficiency of the company's products for potential distributors globally.
