The three models, designed for Snaidero by Pininfarina, the team of Lucci Orlandini and Giovanni Offredi, were introduced at the recent Eurocucina trade show in Milan. They reflect three different ways to rethink the kitchen space through use of innovative materials, striking color combinations and advanced functional technology, to make the kitchen the heart of the home.
VENUS, designed by Pininfarina, features a state-of-the-art, energy-saving lighting system (a patented application of automotive technology) and a sexy design of symmetrical curves that play with the juxtaposition of stainless steel surfaces and coral red lacquered doors. A stylish addition is offered by the new "MICROTOUCH" finish option: a leather-effect micro fibre, applied to the aluminium honeycomb panel doors and treated with a tanning process in water which guarantees an appearance and texture similar to leather and is extremely resistant and easy to clean.
FLORENCE, by Lucci Orlandini Design, is a multipurpose line of cabinetry that opens up to the other living areas of the home with its mahogany wood doors, mirrored glass and classic marbles with bas-reliefs. The kitchen's stylish elegance is evocative of the architectural principles of the Italian Renaissance and its characteristic elements: symmetries, balances and juxtapositions.
KUBE, designed by Giovanni Offredi, offers clearly contrasting shapes, materials, colors and balanced areas with separate functions, to convey a kitchen that is resistant and long-lasting yet stylishly simple and immediately identifiable. White emphasizes the clean lines, while the warm tone of wood (Elm) softens the steel to complete an essential design with sober yet contemporary and dynamic forms.
