Mr. Denny brings with him over 30 years of accounting and financing experience. His former employment includes a diverse group of companies in manufacturing, oil and gas, services and retail. Prior to joining VCSY and Now Solutions, Mr. Denny was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Tesmec USA, Inc., a manufacturing company. Mr. Denny received a BBA in Accounting with a Minor in Finance at the University of Houston in Texas and is a certified public accountant.
