Resolve Staffing Acquires Steadystaff and Opens Two New Offices


CINCINNATI, May 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Resolve Staffing, Inc. (OTCBB:RSFF) is proud to announce the acquisition of Steadystaff, a Baltimore/Washington based staffing firm. Resolve has also opened two new offices in Kentucky and North Carolina, giving the company a total of 57 locations.

Steadystaff, located in Laurel, Maryland, provides a variety of staffing services including temporary staffing, temp-to-perm, and permanent placement services. Steadystaff provides staffing services to a rapidly expanding client base. The company provides qualified employees in a variety of fields including accounting, administrative, light industrial, and other difficult-to-find professions. With $3 million in annual sales, this acquisition is Resolve's first in the burgeoning Baltimore/Washington market. Additionally, Resolve has opened two new offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Florence, Kentucky. These new locations will continue to strengthen Resolve's existing presence in each market.
