The Solvis Group Inc. Files 2001 Annual Report With U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission


ANAHEIM, Calif., June 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Solvis Group (Pink Sheets:SLVG) (www.thesolvisgroup.com), a subsidiary of Dalrada Financial Corporation (OTCBB:DRDF), is headquartered in Anaheim, California, providing staffing and human resources support services to small and medium-size businesses throughout the U.S., today announced that it has filed Form 10-KSB for the year ending September 30, 2001.

"This filing is the first step to bring the Company up-to-date on its filing requirements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)," said Brian Bonar, CEO of Solvis.
