Addition of Widely Respected Authority on Executive Recruitment Helps Position Firm for Further Growth

BROOKFIELD, Wis., July 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pinstripe, Inc., a leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and recruitment services firm, today announced the addition of Mitch Wienick to its Board of Directors. Wienick is currently a partner at Kelleher Associates, Inc., the leading Philadelphia-based independent provider of customized career management and executive coaching services for senior executives. Wienick brings deep career counseling, talent management, business development and line executive experience to Pinstripe's board. His key responsibilities for Kelleher include business development and counseling of executives in transition as well as proactive executive performance coaching of senior-level clients.

Mr. Wienick was formerly President and CEO of NYSE-listed CDI Corporation, a provider of engineering, IT and professional consulting and staffing solutions and the parent company of Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI), one of the world's largest executive search and recruitment organizations. Prior to joining Kelleher, Mr. Wienick was a "backed executive" with Willis Stein & Associates, a highly regarded Chicago-based private equity firm. Previously, he was President of Ameritech Consumer Services and held senior executive positions at Borden Inc. and Kraft Foods, after beginning his career with Procter & Gamble in brand management.

"With Baird Venture Partners' recent investment in Pinstripe, we underscored our commitment to maintaining a leading position in the RPO industry while continuing to build on our capabilities, and the addition of Mitch to our board represents another big step forward," said Sue Marks, Pinstripe's CEO. "We felt that the time was right to strengthen our board with an experienced, independent outside director. Mitch is widely respected across our industry and brings tremendous value to our board in the areas of long-term strategy, marketing and operations. We expect to benefit greatly from his insight and guidance as we continue to grow the business."

"I am pleased to be joining Pinstripe's Board of Directors at a very exciting time for the company," said Mr. Wienick. "With a strong, proven management team in place and an attractive and robust business model, Pinstripe is consolidating its leadership position in RPO, and I am eager to help them continue to expand their operations and build on their unique, end-to-end approach to talent management."

A native of New York City, Mr. Wienick holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Brooklyn College and an M.B.A. from New York University. He has served on the board of directors of Greater Philadelphia First and the World Affairs Council, and is currently a member of the boards of Speakeasy, Inc. and the Philadelphia Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as the advisory board of Baird Venture Partners.
