(OTCBB:VCSY) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with TecSec, Incorporated (TecSec) to market TecSec's CKM(r) or Constructive Key Management(r) products, a standards-based and patented key management encryption system. Under the agreement, VCSY may offer CKM products in a bundled solution with the products marketed by VCSY and its subsidiaries, including emPath(r) (HRMS), SiteFlash, StatePointPlus, and ImmuneApp.
TecSec's technology is particularly suited to emPath(r). With this agreement, NOW Solutions, Inc., a Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. subsidiary, will be able to offer the proprietary CKM(r) encryption system as a complementary module for its emPath software solution to its customers. CKM(r) products will protect through encryption of confidential employee information stored on databases and files, whether stored on a hard drive or transmitted via email, which will only be accessed by the intended audiences. CKM(r) technology permits assured privacy and efficiently resolves information access rights while protecting content.
