PKF North American Network is an association of independently owned accounting and consulting firms with offices throughout the world. Organized around regional networks, the purpose of the association is to improve the profitability of its member firms while helping them maintain local ownership.

PKF North American Network held their Human Resource Conference in Chicago on August 7, 2006. Allan Hartley, President of Accountabilities, spoke at the conference on strategies for recruiting for CPA firms. The main topic was out of the box recruiting, how to recruit in a high demand and low supply of accounting personnel. Over 40 CPA firms participated in the conference.
