Radiant Announces Further Gains in Airgroup Network With New Operations in Dallas

Station Expansions Expected to Drive 30-40 Percent Organic Revenue Growth: 2007 Calendar Year Revenues Targeted at $65-$70 Million

BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Radiant Logistics, Inc. (OTCBB:RLGT), a domestic and international freight forwarding and logistics company, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Airgroup Corporation ("Airgroup"), expanded its presence in North America by opening a new exclusive agent location in Dallas, Texas. The new "Airgroup-DFW" office will provide a wide range of domestic and international freight forwarding and logistics services and operate from a facility that features 40,000 square feet of warehouse space with 15 loading docks and cross docking capabilities.

Doug Tabor and Mike Staten, who will lead the new Airgroup-DFW office, have over two decades of combined experience in the transportation and logistics industry. According to Mr. Tabor, "Radiant and the Airgroup platform represent a unique and compelling value proposition in today's marketplace. We were looking for a long term partner that shared in our vision to build a global logistics enterprise. With Radiant, we have the opportunity to become stockholders and share in the value that we help create."

Mr. Tabor continued: "Airgroup's technology platform is already proving to be a great differentiator for us in the marketplace as our customers are gravitating to the web-based transportation management and intransit visibility tools now available to us. In turn, with the contribution of our own freight volumes, we were able to make a positive impact on the Airgroup network Day-1 in terms of improved buy rates from our collective demand for transportation capacity. There is a real pride in ownership across the Airgroup network and we are really excited about where we go from here."

Bob Berry, Airgroup's incumbent station manager and partner of 19 years, will continue to service the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and operate as Airgroup-DAL. "We look forward to combining our resources with Doug and Mike in order to better service the entire Airgroup network," said Berry. "They run an impressive operation. Their facility is staffed 24/7, their training protocols are first rate, and their track record speaks for itself. We are confident that our combined resources will add value for our clients, enhance our visibility in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, and ultimately allow us to be an integral part of Airgroup's exciting growth in the global logistics marketplace."

"Bob Berry and I are very excited about the addition of Doug, Mike and their team," remarked Radiant's Chairman and CEO, Bohn Crain. "They are all impact players and their energy level is infectious. We are expecting big contributions not only in their local market, but across our entire platform. And of course, it's the incredible people across the Airgroup network that makes it all happen. In January of this year we began solidifying our back-office operations to support our future growth. Over the past few months we have actively begun to build our pipeline of new agent offices and the first of these new partners are now beginning to come on line. We believe that our efforts to drive organic growth through the expansion of our network of agent offices and the resultant contribution to top-line revenue growth and margin expansion should really begin to show themselves in 2007 and beyond. At this point we are providing preliminary revenue guidance for the calendar year 2007 which we expect to be in the range of $65-$70 million, or an increase of 30-40%, from a our current base of approximately $50 million in revenues. We are in the early stages of our expansion efforts and we look forward to providing you further updates as this organic initiative matures. I am very pleased with our progress and accomplishments to date but these are only the first steps in achieving our longer-term goals."
