Recruiting and Staffing Best in Class Awards Recognize Excellence, Innovation in Workforce Management and Planning


BROOKFIELD, Wis., Oct. 24, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Susan Marks, CEO of Pinstripe(r), Inc., a leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and recruitment services firm, was named runner-up in the Recruiting and Staffing Leader of the Year category at the Recruiting and Staffing Best in Class (RASBIC) Awards Dinner and Ceremony, held in conjunction with IQPC's 9th Annual Talent Acquisition and Staffing Summit, October 16-19 in Atlanta. The award, presented by a distinguished panel of recruiting/staffing experts and practitioners, recognizes excellence in integrating strategic staffing and recruiting processes, employee commitment, recruiting/staffing vision, team alignment and industry innovation.

Anne Nimke, Pinstripe's President and COO, spoke on key recruiting and staffing issues at the conference. Nimke's presentation, titled "Pulling Out Your Hair?' -- Using the OFCCP's New Definition of the 'Internet Applicant' to Improve Your Recruitment Processes," looked at changes in the Office of Federal Contract Compliance's rules concerning online applicants and their ramifications for employers. Tyler Weber, Director of Recruitment at Schwarz Pharma, Inc., and Bill Osterndorf, President of HR Analytical Services, co-presented with Nimke.

In addition, Nimke addressed new techniques in employee engagement and onboarding, including automation, and provided a roadmap to building and maintaining effective communications with new employees throughout orientation and beyond. Her post-conference presentation, entitled "What's Love Got to Do With It?" was offered in conjunction with Earl Mann, Sales Director at ADP-VirtualEdge.
