Internal Hydro Speeds Up Low Hydro Unit Timeline for Manufacturing With Certifications


TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 31, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internal Hydro International, Inc. (OTCBB:IHDR) (www.internalhydro.com) announced today the Company will be able to initiate the production phase of the Energy Commander V low impact hydro unit on a faster timeline with current certifications at its display facility in Mobile, Alabama. Due to an enhanced timeline and certifications which its potential Asian partners have found acceptable, IHDR will be able to speed up delivery of the low impact hydro unit to Cm2, IHDR's European partner for initial manufacturing in Italy. The Company is employing LA Engineering of Theodore, Alabama for the testing of the unit's performance in several areas for low flow hydro of the unit's flow intakes and outlet capacities for mechanical and electrical production.

Under the current certification parameters, IHDR will be able to move the unit for production without showings in Alabama to the Company's potential Chinese Partner, Panda International Information Technology, Co. Ltd. Panda's desire for certifications of results is being satisfied by IHDR's timeline to have the unit run and certified on a quick time schedule through the next week. Panda's willingness to forego the unit showings in the middle of November after arrival of engineers will speed up transport of the unit for transport to Italy for the production cycle with Cm2.

Panda had evaluated the Energy Commander low impact hydro unit for implementation in China as a low impact solution which was acceptable for an OEM manufacturing agreement and for sales into China.

The EC V has been performing on a three inch line at 50 p.s.i., lowering the projected necessary flow of water to provide the power generation ability of the unit. Unlike traditional hydro, the Energy Commander utilizes low flows through cylinders instead of traditional turbines. The unit is ecologically sound, without the usual problems of oxidation and large intakes associated with turbines. As built and displayed the unit has outperformed initial expectations for the production of both electrical and mechanical power for other uses.
