NetFabric Subsidiary, UCA Services, Inc., Announces An End-to-End SMB Help Desk Solution

DENVILLE, N.J., Feb. 20, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- UCA Services, Inc. (UCA), a wholly owned subsidiary of NetFabric Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NFBH), recently launched an aggressive sales and marketing campaign to help Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients better understand and utilize best practices as part of their Help Desk initiatives.

The main focus of this campaign is to expand UCA's reach into the SMB market using UCA's Help Desk solution that is based around the CA Service Desk product and ITIL based Best Practices. UCA is a CA Enterprise Solution Partner (ESP) with a focus on CA Service Desk.

"Today's SMBs must deliver the same instant responsiveness and high-quality support as larger enterprises, but at a fraction of the cost," said Bob Sterbens, director of product marketing at CA. "UCA's new initiative enables these SMBs to implement CA Service Desk to accomplish these objectives."

The campaign has been launched by UCA in association with Arrow Electronics (Arrow). Arrow is a distributor for CA Software and is sponsoring the lead generation as a CA Vendor initiative. "There has been a much greater response than we had forecast. There is obviously considerable interest in Help Desk Best Practices in the SMB space," commented Henry Hsu, the Arrow CA Business Development Manager.

As part of this campaign, UCA is offering interested clients a free UCA Help Desk Best Practices Technical White Paper and an onsite Help Desk Best Practices assessment. The onsite assessment entails a Senior UCA Help Desk Engineer reviewing the client's current Help Desk environment and providing tactical and strategic recommendations based on Best Practices.

Jalal Khan, Vice President of Information Technology of UCA Services, Inc., stated, "The key to getting the most out of best practices is realizing that even though every company is unique, facing specific technical and business challenges, there are similarities and therefore many opportunities to learn from how other world class companies manage their environments."

UCA offers an "all-in-one" Small Business Help Desk Solution that combines best in class software, CA Service Desk, along with hardware, installation, configuration and implementation of the Service Support processes and procedures. The benefits of this all-in-one approach are that customers have very low implementation risk and receive faster time to value for a proven, scaleable, cost effective Service Desk solution.
