Vincent Szymborski was appointed Senior Vice President of Personal Financial Services & Banking. Mr. Szymborski brings twenty five years of retail banking experience to Peoples State Bank. Previously, he was First Vice President, National Product & Sales Management at Comerica Bank. Mr. Szymborski earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at Wayne State University, and a Master of Science at Central Michigan University; he also earned a Diploma of Graduation from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
Mr. Szymborski, a Wayne County resident, will be responsible for the administration of the 12 Retail branch offices, as well as branch sales, operations and compliance, investment services, consumer and small business lending.
Dounia Senawi was appointed Managing Director of Branch Banking and Sales. Previously she was Vice President in The Retail Bank at Comerica and a recognized leader in sales process and execution. Ms. Senawi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Pre-Law, from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
Ms. Senawi, an Oakland County resident, will be responsible for the sales and profitability of all 12 branch offices. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Shenandoah Country Club, and is a member of the Optimist Club.
