NEW YORK, June 20, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- CyberFund, Inc. (OTCBB:CYFD) announced today that Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad, through its subsidiary Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd, has formalized a joint collaboration with ROK TV, a United Kingdom-based mobile entertainment specialist which is a subsidiary of ROK Entertainment Group Limited. The agreement will give Celcom the ability to offer the most powerful mobile TV service to its customers both via GPRS and 3G, making Celcom the first telco in Malaysia to offer mobile TV via both networks. In May, ROK Entertainment Group Limited announced that it had agreed to be acquired by CyberFund, Inc. in a share-exchange agreement.
Subscribers will be able to enjoy the best quality picture and end-user experience without the usual increase in hardware requirements. The service will kick off in August 2007.
As a result of this collaboration, Celcom would leverage on ROK TV's mobile television solution to offer high quality multimedia content in line with the evolving market interest.
Representing Celcom at the signing ceremony was Dato' Sri Shazalli Ramly, Chief Executive Officer of Celcom, whilst Laurence Alexander, CEO of ROK, signed on behalf of ROK TV.

Subscribers will be able to view various shows on their mobile phones ranging from breaking news and sports news to cartoon series, rap music and entertainment news. Among the channels available are ABC News Now, Al-Jazeera, ITN, SNTV, Xtreme TV, and Mixcast.
The subscription fee will be announced when the service is launched.

Celcom also offers the most remote coverage in Malaysia, with the recent installation of its network service in Maliau Basin, located in south central Sabah.
It was also proven that Celcom's network has even reached the highest peak in the world, which is Mount Everest, when the members of the Projek Merdeka de' Everest 2007 team made outgoing calls as well as received calls using the powerful Celcom GSM Satellite Communications system.
