- Appointment of Deputy CEO


Mosaic Fashions, the parent company of eight successful design led fashion
brands; Coast, Karen Millen, Oasis, Odille, Principles, Shoe Studio, Warehouse
and Whistles, today announces the appointment of Mike Shearwood as Deputy CEO,
Mosaic Fashions Ltd. Following the completion of the acquisition of Rubicon
Retail in September 2006, which significantly increased the size and brand
portfolio of the business, the Board of Mosaic Fashions identified the need to
enlarge and strengthen the senior management team. 

For the past seven years, Mike Shearwood has been the Managing Director of the
Inditex group of brands in the UK and Ireland. With previous experience in
optical retailing, Mike's varied background and strong operational experience
will be a welcome addition to the business. 

Mike will assume responsibility for Oasis, Principles and Warehouse. He will be
appointed to the Corporate Board, reporting to Derek Lovelock, CEO of Mosaic
Fashions.
