Keystone Automotive Industries to Report Fiscal 2008 First Quarter Results


POMONA, Calif., July 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:KEYS) today announced the company will issue results for its fiscal 2008 first quarter on Thursday, August 2, 2007.

As recently announced, the company has signed a definitive merger agreement with LKQ Corporation (Nasdaq:LKQX) in which LKQ will acquire Keystone for $48.00 per share in cash, representing an aggregate purchase price of approximately $811 million on a fully diluted basis. The merger is subject to the approval of Keystone's shareholders, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. Keystone expects to file a proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on, or about, August 2 that will provide additional information regarding the board resolving to recommend approval of the merger by shareholders. The merger is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of calendar 2007.

In light of the pending merger agreement, Keystone will not host an investor conference call in conjunction with the release of its fiscal 2008 first quarter results.
